The Old Florida Outdoor Festival in Apopka celebrates its 5th year in 2016 with more fun and entertainment. That's more concerts, more barbecue, more kids activities and more of the great outdoors. Check back for updates throughout the year, and plan to join us in 2016.
Headlining this year's big weekend of music performances is North Carolina-based country rockers Parmalee on Feb. 12. This band made history when the hit song “Carolina” became the longest climbing single by a duo or group in the 24-year history of the Billboard Country Airplay Chart. Chris Young, who performs on Feb. 13, is a Grammy-nominated recording artist who will bring his chart-topping hits like "I'm Coming Over," “Gettin’ You Home,” “The Man I Want to Be,” “Voices,” “Tomorrow,” “You” and “Who I Am With You.” Drake White and the Big Fire will perform Feb. 14.

Local artists will feature their best outdoor displays. Watch Robinson's racing pigs or the Ibex puppetry team. See some local wildlife, or set the kids loose on the big play are with a rock wall, zip line and more.
The 2016 Old Florida Outdoor Festival is proud to present the inaugural Jackpot Livestock Show. Agriculture is a big part of the Apopka community. This new event that brings together young people to show off their best sheep and cattle. Particpants represent 4H, FFA and other livestock organizations from pee-wee to high school - some that are among the best in the country.
