Headlining this year's big weekend of music performances is North Carolina-based country rockers Parmalee on Feb. 12. This band made history when the hit song “Carolina” became the longest climbing single by a duo or group in the 24-year history of the Billboard Country Airplay Chart. Chris Young, who performs on Feb. 13, is a Grammy-nominated recording artist who will bring his chart-topping hits like "I'm Coming Over," “Gettin’ You Home,” “The Man I Want to Be,” “Voices,” “Tomorrow,” “You” and “Who I Am With You.” Drake White and the Big Fire will perform Feb. 14. ImageThe 2016 Old Florida Outdoor Festival is proud to present the inaugural Jackpot Livestock Show. Agriculture is a big part of the Apopka community. This new event that brings together young people to show off their best sheep and cattle. Particpants represent 4H, FFA and other livestock organizations from pee-wee to high school - some that are among the best in the country.

that help to put on the big event. This year the festival will dedicate a portion of proceeds to a very special non-profit
organization that has worked for years to improve life in Apopka.

The Big Potato Foundation started in 2011 as a charitable effort to create cultural programs in Apopka. The idea grew
with the community’s needs, and today the small foundation with a big mission provides essential food and services for
the homeless, clothes for families in need, public art and music programs, community improvements and much more.
